Payment is upfront and processed through PayPal.

Partial payments are accepted if the order is over $250

I will send a concept sketch/thumbnail after the invoice has been paid.

You may request a full refund before the initial sketch is started (within 48 hours of me confirming the order)

You may request a 75% refund in a 48 hour period after a sketch has been provided to you by me

Once I begin painting after a sketch/thumbnail is approved, you will no longer be able to receive a refund

If I cannot complete the artwork for whatever reason I will issue a full refund

Requested changes/edits in the later stages of the art process (after an initial sketch has been approved) may come with a fee depending on the labor required

Turnaround is typically 1-5 weeks depending on current workload & irl things. I will update you if circumstances extend this. If you have a deadline in mind please mention it and I will try to accommodate you

When the artwork is finished I will provide you with a zip file via google drive that includes the original .PSD & at least 1 resized .PNG file

I retain the rights to the artwork, and may use it in my portfolio and post it on social social media. If you wish for the commission to remain private, you will have to pay a fee of 10% of the commission cost

I retain the right to stream or record a timelapse of the artwork to post on social media. If you wish for this part of the process to remain private, please inform me ahead of time

You may post the artwork online if credit is given linking back to me
